These inventions originated in El Mamey, Sucre, Colombia, in response to a real household need: how to reduce heat stress, manage humidity, and improve livability without air conditioning, high power consumption, or fragile infrastructure.
Through engineering-level validation against real-world constraints — including heat, power limits, material availability, maintenance realities, and long-term use — these systems demonstrated broader applicability beyond their original setting.

We deliberately minimize reliance on fragile electronics, proprietary components, and opaque automation. Planned obsolescence is treated as a design failure, not a business model.


Safe Zone Systems is a layered home-protection platform developed from real field conditions in northern Colombia. It begins with a simple principle: a home should protect the people inside it. Safe Zone addresses the connected vulnerabilities that allow heat, humidity, insects, damp air, contaminants, and uncontrolled airflow to enter through gaps, doors, windows, utility openings, drainage problems, and other weak points.
Rather than relying on a single product, Safe Zone combines practical measures such as screened barriers and vestibules, sealing and weatherproofing, controlled ventilation, humidity management, drainage and perimeter improvements, repellents, traps, and other adaptable comfort measures.
The system begins by protecting the home's most important living spaces, then builds outward in layers as conditions, resources, and priorities allow.
Developed through field observation and prototyping at a family home in El Mamey, Sucre, Colombia, Safe Zone is designed to be practical, maintainable, and adaptable to local conditions. Its purpose is to reduce uncontrolled environmental exposure and insect-entry opportunities while helping vulnerable homes become calmer, more protected, and more livable—without claiming perfect exclusion or guaranteed medical outcomes.



Polaris is a family of hardware-based climate solutions addressing thermal stress in hot environments where conventional HVAC systems are impractical, unavailable, or unaffordable.
Polaris systems scale from personal cooling units to room-scale and structure-scale installations, using established thermoelectric principles configured for real-world efficiency.

These systems are engineering-validated applications of known science, designed for local fabrication, repair, and long-term use. Component costs are evaluated in local currencies to ensure affordability remains a hard design constraint, not a marketing claim.



Fortress House is an integrated residential system designed to reduce environmental stress before it reaches the interior of the home.
Rather than treating housing as a sealed box, Fortress House treats it as a living system, composed of two coordinated components:
Fortress Porch
Fortress Yard
Together, they address heat, humidity, insects, water scarcity, and power reliability at the source.


Fortress Porch creates a livable, screened transitional zone around the home, typically extending approximately eight feet from the structure.

This approach is engineered to significantly improve interior comfort while reducing power demand, without attempting to overpower the surrounding climate.


Fortress Yard extends climate moderation outward, converting the surrounding environment into an active buffer zone.

Solar “petal” array with battery storage
Atmospheric water generation via engineered humidity extraction
Breathable perimeter security integrating airflow and deterrence
By reducing heat and humidity where they originate, Fortress Yard lowers overall system strain and improves resilience during grid interruptions.


All systems are currently in the pre-funding, pre-prototype phase.
To date, validation has been conducted through:

System-level reasoning against real-world constraints
Several core designs are complete at the build-plan level. Components are widely available, and the systems are sufficiently mature to proceed directly to fabrication and testing.
The next phase is prototype construction, field testing, and iterative refinement under live conditions.
What is required now is not invention, but execution.
